The last TV purchased in our home was in 1999 and it seems pretty old to me, so I wondered if the conversion to digital TV would affect me as I had procrastinated switching before the first deadline. Luckily for me, the senate delayed the deadline to give consumers more time to either buy a digital TV or a converter box.
