Dog behavior problems are very frustrating when you experience them in your home and especially when they are not your own dog. Alerted by my own dogs and looking out the back window I noticed a Boxer at the back of our property line. This is not the first time I have seen this particular dog. The neighbor down the street is constantly dealing with the dog pulling on it’s leash, barking at everyone, climbing on furniture and it even destroyed both couch cushions. That would have been the end for me and she tried taking them to dog training classes, but the dogs would only obey the trainers not her. She then called a trainer for Phoenix Valley Dog Training and they came out and taught her and trained her dog right at her house! The boxer is no longer frustrating our neighborhood and is a great member of our block!

When purchasing treats for your beloved pet, you want to make sure they are healthy and not laden with bacteria. Recently with the peanut butter salmonella scare many stores voluntarily recalled dog treats made with peanut butter. A factory in Georgia is believed to have shipped the tainted peanut butter that ended up in products ranging from cookies to dog treats. Several humans were infected and there were six deaths, but so far no dogs have been reported ill. If your pet loves peanut butter and you are not sure when you last bought your peanut butter flavored treats, symptoms your pet may experience if infected are diarrhea, fever, vomiting or acting lethargic. Some pets will have only decreased appetite, fever and abdominal pain. Animals may not show these symptoms but can be carriers and infect other animals and even humans. There are many dog treats you can buy, but you can feel safe about what you are feeding your dog when purchasing all natural dog jerky from Rosie
